Robert Wieler

President

 Robert is the founder and President of Connection Homes. Robert started the company in 2011 and has worked hard to build his reputation through transparency in every relationship – staff, suppliers and customers. Robert has vast experience in large-scale renovations and new home construction. When he isn't building homes, he likes to spend time with his wife and children on their farm where they raise animals and their own food. 

Bryce Siemens

Production Manager

 Bryce began working at Connection Homes in 2017 as the Production Manager. He oversees all build production in-office and on-site by providing walkthroughs with clients, communicating with trades, and supporting the Connection team. He prides himself on creating an efficient home building process that moves forward on schedule and on budget. Outside of work, he enjoys watching Jets games, playing hockey, downhill skiing, fishing, travelling and spending time with his wife and children.

Craig Dahl

Project Manager

 Craig joined the Connection Homes team in 2021 and is responsible for the successful scheduling, production, safety and quality control of new home builds from permit to possession. He values building lasting relationships with both homeowners and the contractors he works with, creating successful projects for all parties involved. Craig comes with 13 years of Residential Framing experience as a Red Seal Carpenter and enjoys the fact that no two days are the same. There are new problems to solve and lessons to learn each day, and the fast pace and high production environment is something he looks forward to with his team.

Kristy Unrau

Design Manager

 Kristy started working at Connection Homes in 2021 as Design Manager. Her role entails meeting with clients to select the materials for their home, creating all the diagrams for the trades, and communicating with drafters, vendors and the Connection team to execute the clients' vision. She enjoys keeping clients well-informed and going the extra mile to provide a great experience for each customer. She enjoys spending time with her husband and kids on a golf course, a hockey rink or just at home.

Marie-Francis Arndt

Drafting and Design Specialist

Marie-Francis joined Connection Homes in 2024 as Design Specialist. She oversees the review and approval of working drawings, subdivision guidelines and facilitates the permit process. Communicating with the drafting team and design manager to ensure the customer’s design requests are met and comply with building code and construction standards. She also assists the production team with building code queries. Marie-Francis comes from over 20 years in the construction industry from drafting, design, project coordination and permit and building code reviews. When not on the clock she enjoys spending time with her husband and children outside at the lake, camping or tinkering at home and in the garden.


 

Suzanne Paintin

Accounts Manager

 Suzanne began working at Connection Homes in 2021 as Accounts Manager. She enjoys connecting with each client, contractor and colleague who calls or stops by the office. She loves to learn new things and especially growing her knowledge of the home-build process and construction industry. When she's not at the office, she can often be found working on her old character home tackling renovation projects and enjoying time with her husband and kids.

Thomas Hein

Operations Assistant

 Thomas started working at Connection Homes in 2022 as Service Manager. He manages all homeowner warranty service as well as Connection's home renovation division. His favourite part of the job is meeting new people and resolving problems. Outside of work he likes spending time with his wife and children, being in nature and going for bike rides. 

 

Dan Stiglich

Field Manager

 Dan joined the Connection Homes team in 2022 as Field Manager. Bringing his vast knowledge of construction to our team, he oversees our active builds from site connecting with trades, inspectors and clients ensuring every detail is taken care of. He most enjoys satisfying our clients and seeing their excitement when the keys are handed over. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and music.

 

Kale Parisian

Inside Sales Consultant

Kale works closely with clients and the internal team to guide the home-building process from the initial meeting to final possession. With a strong background in real estate sales and builder consulting, he brings a deep understanding of both the customer and construction sides of building a new home.



Kale works closely with the design studio, construction team, and company leadership to ensure each home is thoughtfully planned, accurately priced, and aligned with the client’s vision. His role also extends into market analysis and supporting the sales team across multiple communities.


Known for his attention to detail and straightforward communication, Kale is committed to delivering a seamless home-building experience while upholding the quality and craftsmanship that Connection Homes is known for.

Peter Tod

Customer Service Manager

 Peter is responsible for overseeing and ensuring exceptional customer service to our clients at the post construction phase, during and after the home warranty period. Peter has extensive knowledge and experience in all phases of the home building process and a comprehensive knowledge of the systems within the home. He manages client inquiries, resolves issues, and is committed to developing solid, lasting relationships with our homebuyers. Working with the strong, caring team at Connection Homes, enhances service expectations and the Connection Homes focus on quality and value.

Gordon Makara

Field Manager

Gordon brings decades of industry experience to the Connection Homes team. As a Field Manager, he oversees active builds, turning blueprints into reality with a hands-on approach and uncompromising attention to detail. He manages every phase of construction, from foundation to final paint, with one clear goal: delivering each home in pristine condition. Gordon takes pride in handing over a beautifully finished home to a happy homeowner. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and motorsports.

Nicholas Tenszen

Office Administration

Nicholas joined Connection Homes in 2025 and works closely with the President to support financial planning, operations, and internal coordination. He brings prior experience in finance, operations, and leadership across small businesses and growth-stage organizations, with an emphasis on clear communication and guiding projects from first conversation through delivery. Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys time with his wife and four children and values building a strong family life rooted in community.
